Our standard Full-Service Flower Bar begins with a minimum of 25 guests and includes:

Each guest may select up to 10 fresh stems to create one personalized bouquet.

For 25 guests, we provide approximately 250 fresh flower and greenery stems, professionally curated into a coordinated assortment of:

• Focal flowers
• Accent flowers
• Filler flowers
• Seasonal greenery

For larger events, flower quantities increase according to your confirmed guest count at 10 stems per guest.

Flowers are professionally selected, processed, cleaned, trimmed, conditioned, and hydrated by VIP FLORAL before your event.

Unlike our DIY Drop-Off Flower Bar, the Full-Service experience includes a VIP FLORAL professional floral designer on-site for up to 2.5 hours.

Our floral designer will:

• Welcome guests to the Flower Bar
• Explain how the experience works
• Help guests select complementary flowers
• Demonstrate simple bouquet-design techniques
• Assist with arranging and balancing bouquets
• Trim and prepare stems when necessary
• Help wrap finished bouquets
• Add ribbon and gift tags
• Keep the Flower Bar organized and beautiful throughout the experience
• Replenish and organize flowers as guests participate

Guests don’t need any previous floral-design experience.

🌷 HOW THE FULL-SERVICE FLOWER BAR WORKS

1 — We Arrive & Set Up

Our floral team arrives before the scheduled Flower Bar start time and professionally sets up the flowers, display buckets, Flower Bar sign, wrapping station, tools, ribbons, tags, and supplies.

Setup time is separate from your 2.5 hours of guest service.

2 — Guests Pick Their Blooms

Each guest selects up to 10 stems from the available flower assortment.

Our floral designer can help guests combine focal flowers, accent blooms, fillers, and greenery.

3 — Create With Our Floral Designer

Guests begin arranging their flowers while our professional florist provides guidance and hands-on assistance when needed.

4 — Personalize

Each guest can add a personal message to their bouquet using the provided gift tags.

5 — Wrap & Finish

Our floral designer assists with trimming, professional wrapping, ribbon, and finishing touches.

6 — Take Home & Enjoy

Each guest leaves the event with a beautiful personalized bouquet they helped create — and a memorable floral experience.

⏰ 2.5 HOURS OF FLOWER BAR SERVICE

Your Full-Service Flower Bar includes:

Up to 2.5 hours of on-site guest service with one VIP FLORAL floral designer.

Professional setup before the experience and breakdown afterward are separate from the 2.5-hour service period.

Additional Service Time

$85 per additional hour, per floral attendant.

For larger guest counts or high-volume corporate events, additional floral attendants may be required and will be quoted based on the size and timing of your event.

🌹 OPTIONAL UPGRADES

Take-Home Vase — +$5 Per Guest

Upgrade from a wrapped bouquet to an individual vase. Guests can arrange their selected 10 stems in a vase and take the entire arrangement home.

Additional Flowers

Would you like guests to create larger bouquets? Additional stems per guest can be added for an additional charge.

Premium Flower Upgrade

Elevate your Flower Bar with premium and specialty varieties such as:

For weddings, corporate events, and brand activations, ask us about custom Flower Bar styling, personalized signage, branded tags, custom ribbons, or colors coordinated with your event or company.

Delivery, parking, valet, venue access, loading, and special setup requirements may incur additional charges.

Additional attendants may be required depending on the number of guests and the amount of time available for the Flower Bar experience.

Flower varieties are based on seasonality, quality, and market availability. We will coordinate the overall flower color palette with your event, but specific varieties cannot always be guaranteed unless included as a specialty upgrade.
